Every detail of the hotel was well-maintained, all the staff were exceedingly nice and accommodating. Appreciated staying at the decent size room with a king size bed. The service was friendly and the pool was clean.

The location was nice and perfect for walking around a state museum. It was located in an upscale area not far from several other very nice restaurants, Birmingham for a conference at the BJCC, which is connected to the Westin, and the pub. The room was beautifully maintained, had a nice sized bathroom.

Perfect place to stay with ideal location to Uptown and good food. Excellent service, so very helpful staff. Brand-new, decent size room with a king size bed. Location really close to shops, restaurants and downtown as well as the airport. A lot of food in the hotel, attached restaurant. Very nice stay, as always.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The valet service was excellent, with Christian providing exceptional service. The housekeeping staff was friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to help with any problems. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice big bathroom. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants and a concert venue.
